Diagnosis
For the patients to be merged the same risk factor has been specified. Since the risk factors are identical, the risk factor of the patient who is inactivated is also inactivated during this merge.
However, the two data records are not identical in respect to other data (short text or long text).
System Response
The patients are merged.
Procedure
Please check the risk factor of the active patient, compare it with the risk factor of the inactivated patient and adjust both risk factors if necessary.
