Diagnosis

For both patients to be merged a master record exists in the specified institution. During the merge, the master record of the patient who is inactivated is likewise inactivated.
However, the two data records are not identical in respect to other data (patient list indicator, religious list indicator or parish).

System Response

The patients are merged.

Procedure

Please check the master record of the active patient in the specified institution, compare it with the master record of the inactivated patient and adjust both records if necessary.
