Institution &, transaction &: No screen sequence defined

Diagnosis
In the current transaction the system has attempted to read the screen sequence of transaction , which can be determined in relation to an institution in table TN00D. However, the system could not find an entry for institution nor for all institutions (*).
System Response
The current transaction has to be cancelled.
Procedure
- Please check your entries, paying special attention to the value specified for institution ().
- If the transaction is to be carried out within this institution, you (or your system administrator) can check the values of the table TN00D where the screen sequences are determined for each IS-H transaction.
