Diagnosis
For the current case, a family physician or a referring physician has already been entered at a prior hospital stay.
System Response
The system proposes the physicians by default on the respective fields.
Procedure
Please, check whether the data of these physicians is still valid. If necessary, delete the entries in the respective fields and specify the current physicians. Depending on how your system is configured, these entries are stored as new default values with the patient's data.
