Inconsistencies with dependent date fields can occur

Diagnosis

If you change the date of birth in the patient master record, the following inconsistencies could occur:

  • The date of birth in the delivery data does not correspond to the date specified in the patient master record
  • The admission date of a patient's case is before his date of birth
  • The start date of this patient's case assignment is before his date of birth
  • The validity start date of an insurance relationship is before the patient's date of birth
  • The patient classification regarding the nursing acuity is no longer correct
