Diagnosis
The patient you want to process does not exist in the present institution.
Note
In institution-specific patient management, exactly one NPAE record exists for an NPAT record. In this case, only the NPAT record exists.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether the client control parameter for controlling the ID method (refer to table TN00) has been changed. Changing the setting from "for all institutions" to "institution-related" is not permitted. If you cannot find any changes here, the dataset has to be carefully checked and corrected manually. Please informt your system administrator in this case.
