Value of grouping criterion in commission case is not unique

Diagnosis
More than one value for the grouping criterion , record type () is defined in the commission case with the number (field PFNR) . However the value of the grouping criterion must be unique in the commission case.
System Response
Processing was canceled because the inbound file is incorrect.
