EDT file contains a data record with record type . However EDT only supports the following record types:
X - Parameter for external data transfer
0 - Name of dictionary information file
1 - Commission case header
2 - Participation
3 - Participants
4 - Activities
5 - Object data
6 - Different commission
7 - Participant relations
8 - (Re)bundlings

Processing was terminated because the inbound file is incorrect.
