Commission case '&1' was manually changed; resetting is not possible

Diagnosis
Mass resetting only resets the commission cases of an EDT run that were not subsequently changed.
Cases that were subsequently changed in a dialog or in another EDT run cannot be reset.
If several EDT runs were executed consecutively, they can only be completely reset if the runs are reset in reverse order.
