Diagnosis

An error occurred when updating a log entry for the transaction. The full key for the problematical entry is:

The return code for the database is: (4 = entry was already in the database, 8 = entry could not be written).

System Response

No entry could be written. The entire transaction is reset (ROLLBACK).
