Before processing, your commission case had the processing status in state . The new processing target is therefore not permitted.
System Response
The commission case is set to pending.

A non-permitted change was made to the processing target for event (BTE "").
You can find the permitted processing targets from a commission case status in the TCACS_VALTARG1 table (V_TCACS_VALTARG1 view).
