Hierarchy cycle for participants &1/&2 for entitlement category &3

Diagnosis

The participant is in an entitlement group that shows a cyclical (continuous) hierarchy. That means that, after a number of higher-level assignments, the participant becomes its own higher-level participant.

An entitlement group is identified by the following criteria within a commission case:

• Participation
• Entitlement category
• Entitlement object category
• Entitlement object ID

That means it is a group of participants in a participation that work out their entitlement identically.

System Response

The commission case is inconsistent and is set to pending.
