In Customizing, no valid entitlement category was defined for business object "" in business case "" for the access time.
System Response
The system is unable to process the commission case, and thus sets it to pending.
Procedure
Procedure for System Administration
- Remove the participants of this entitlement category from the commission case
or
- Enter the missing entry in Customizing.
