Correction to entitlement object and initiator

Diagnosis
In the current version of the commissions system, only participants and activities are used as commission triggers. In the case of an entitlement from an activity, in other words from a direct participation, the participation number must be stated as the commission-triggering ID.
The data of the participant / commission case was inconsistent in this sense.
System Response
Data is adjusted to: entitlement category = activity and entitlement trigger = participation number.
