Diagnosis
The technical key that you specified (receipt year, case ID or version) has a commission case with an effective key (business object type, business object ID, business object version or remuneration business case category) that does not correspond to the effective key that was specified.
System Response
The commission case cannot be processed.
Procedure
Check the effective and technical keys of the commission case and change one of them.
