Inconsistent commission case; Action not possible

Diagnosis

One of the following errors has occurred:

  • Either you wanted to create a commission case and either used an effective key (business object type, business object ID, business object version, remuneration business case type or remuneration business case ID), or a technical key (receipt year, case ID or version). You chose a key that already has a commission case in the system, therefore, you cannot use it to create the commission case.
  • Or you wanted to change or reset a commission case, using an effective key (business object type, business object ID, business object version, remuneration business case category or remuneration business case ID). This key already has a commission case in the system, therefore, you cannot use it to process the commission case.

System Response

The commission case cannot be processed.

Procedure

Either change the effective or the technical key.
