Diagnosis
You are attempting to activate currency and valuation profile even though the material ledger is not active for valuation area .
System Response
The central currency and valuation profile will not be activated.
Procedure for System Administration
If you want to work with the material ledger, set the material ledger as active for valuation area in Customizing for Actual Costing/Material Ledger.
