Secondary index &1 from table &2 could not be created

Diagnosis
The program attempted to create secondary index in table (). An error occured, however, and index must be created before you can correctly edit table .

Procedure
Check the activation log in the data dictionary for index for table . The cause of the error is displayed there in detail. You can use the database utility to help create the index. Alternatively, to create the index, you can also execute the report program MLXPRA46A_ACTIVATE_INDEX for the table .
