Diagnosis
Text module could not be found in the System for language . This text module explains an important system message/warning.
System Response
As the text module does not exist, and the user cannot, therefore, be warned about the consequences of completing the action, processing was terminated.
In some cases, the text module just doesn't exist in the user's log-in language, and just needs to be translated.
Procedure
Use transaction SE61 to add the text module
