Currency types and valuations in material ledger not constant in CO

Diagnosis
Material ledger type is assigned to valuation area .
This material ledger type contains currency types and valuations that are not supported by Controlling.
System Response
The consistency of currencies throughout the components of the system can no longer be guaranteed.
Procedure for the system administrator
Adjust the settings of Controlling and/or the Material Ledger in Customizing for Controlling - General or Actual Costing/ Material Ledger.
To see an overview of the currency and valuation settings, choose the following function:

If you do not adjust the settings the system will be caught in an inconsistency that can not be fixed by SAP.
