Diagnosis

You are attempting to display material ledger master data for material ( ). The data is not available.

Possible Causes:

• The material master record for this material contains no accounting data.
• The material exists in another plant.
• The material belongs to a material type, for which the value update is not set.

System Response

No material ledger master data will be displayed.

Procedure

1. Check your entry.
2. Maintain the accounting data in the accounting view of the material master record.

Action for the system administrator

1. Look in Custioming: Logistics - General to see if the value update for the material type for this material should be set.
2. Check to see that the material was created with the correct material type.
