Diagnosis
You are attempting to determine the material's price. You have specified that any new prices varying from the comparison price (standard price or V price of the previous period) by more than the threshold value should be issued in a log as a warning message or error message. For the material in question, the calculated periodic unit price varies from the selected comparison price in currency/valuation by %.
System Response
If the system issues a warning message, the material price is determined and the new price posted for the material. If the system issues an error message, the material price is not determined and the new price is not posted.
Procedure
In the case of a warning message, check the new price for the material. In the case of an error message, check the transactions posted in the period. Either run a correction for the transactions posted in error, or post a credit/debit to the material so that the new price is not negative. Finally, repeat price determination for the material.
