Diagnosis
Business process has not been planned yet. The R/3 System therefore creates a control record for these entries.
System Response
As long as user is working with the data records for process , you cannot post the control record because the Controlling component might then receive inconsistent data.
Procedure
Choose one of the following options:
- Enter another business process
- Contact user
- Wait until user finishes working with the data records of process
