You reduced the amount when reposting primary costs, but you did not change the quantity.
Procedure
Check whether the distribution of the amounts and quantities is intentional.
This message is not defaulted to be issued. You can change the message type in Customizing by changing the settings so that it is issued as a warning or an error message.
