Diagnosis

You entered activity type in the transaction "Enter Non- Allocatable Activities". Activity type in cost center belongs to category . Since the document already contains category 3 (indirect allocation) activity types, you cannot use the activity type entered in the document.

System Response

You must enter activity types of the same category in a document. You can either enter category 3 (allocated indirectly) or category 4 (non-allocatable) activity types.

Procedure

Enter only activity types of category 3 in the document or delete the items entered and start again.
