Diagnosis
Operand requires a rate type and a fact group. These are copied to the installation facts from existing values during the update. However, the system could not find a value with the correct rate type in the facts for this operand and the period from to .

Procedure
There are two possible solutions:
- Use an operand that does not require a rate type. You must adjust the rate accordingly.
- Enter the operand with the correct rate type in the installation facts
