Diagnosis

The shortest retention period in days is determined by subtracting the retention periods for the archiving object ISU_BILL (IS-U archiving: Billing document) for manual billing or standard billing, final billing and backbilling/period-end billing from system date . In this case, it produces the key date .

However, the end of the billing period comes before this key date. As a result, document cannot be reversed since the previous document is required for correctly determining the new start of billing.
