DPC ESTB: Meter reading result determ. for previous period has errors

Diagnosis
When determining meter reading results within dynamic period control, and there are no estimated meter reading results on the database (the category of the current period = 1000 or 2000) an error occured in routine DPC_ADV_IZWST_VIA_SIM_GET (LEA01F02) for period - that is to be created. The exact cause of error is written in the previous message and occured in function module ISU_SIM_IZWST_ESTABLISH.
