Cannot determine usage factor (operand &1/&2 equals unit of measure &3)
Help Document

Diagnosis

You are using operand in the schema step during billing to differentiate a usage factor. However, this operand has the same unit of measurement as in an operand used in a previous schema step.

The usage factor is always determined with reference to a unit of measurement. The operand is only used for a flexible definition of the actual usage in the schema.

To differentiate between various usage factors it is necessary to use different units of measurements.

The usage that is to be used when calculating a usage factor must not be differentiated using the input operand of variant QUANTI24.

System Response

Procedure

Check your billing schema with regard to the use of variant QUANTI24 and its input operands.

Also refer to the documentation of this variant program.
