Diagnosis
Rate type is permitted for interval meters.
In the rate determination, these rate types are generally allocated to rates that are also permitted for interval meters. An ambiguous rate determination can also allocation rates that are permitted for facts.
However, in this case at least one interval meter rate must be allocated to the rate type so that an RTP interface can be determined.
However, on key date there is no interval meter rate allocated to this rate type combined with rate category . This means that the rate determination is inconsistent.
