"Temperature extra" indic. only poss. for thermal gas billing 01 and 02

Diagnosis
The Temp. extra (Temperature extra) field is required in those cases when no temperature component is calculated explicitly since the meter already compensates for temperature, but the temperature must still be available for calculating temperature-dependent components such as the gas law deviation factor.
This applies only when thermal gas billing is 01 or 02.
