Diagnosis

An internal error occurred when reading P_X_IZW in routine VCF_CVOL_MVOL of include LEA54F06. Specifically, the number of places before the decimal point cannot be determined for the operating volume meter, however, this is required to deal with a meter overflow in the operating volume meter.
