Gas law deviation factor 03 is only possible for temp./pressure billing

Diagnosis
The allocation month for billing is compared with a month interval. Only values from 1 to 12 are supported for the interval limits. A different value was detected in this case.
This generally only applies to thermal gas billing 00.
The following cases are exceptions to this rule:
- You use thermal gas billing 01 and still want to retrieve the calculated temperature values for use in calculating the gas law deviation factor.
- You use thermal gas billing 02 and still want to retrieve the temperature and pressure (measured pressure, air pressure) to use in calculating the gas law deviation factor.
