Calorific value district &1 <,= date &2: cal. values for billing missing

Diagnosis
For specified calorific value district , there is no calorific value whose date is earlier than or equal to the specified date.
System Response
A calorific value with an earlier date is usually used as a replacement value. Since no replacement values are available either, the program terminates.
Procedure
If necessary, call Transaction SM30 to maintain the calorific values in the table of Calorific values per calorific value district (daily values).
