Diagnosis
A gas procedure is to be carried out for the register. For this procedure, the volume correction factor component is determined by a special procedure that uses the register relationship volume correction factor calculation. No or not enough correct meter reading results could be found for the specified period and register; these are needed to determine the operating volume.

Procedure
Proceed as follows:
- Check the meter reading results for the period in question. Enter the missing meter reading results, or correct existing unbillable meter reading results.
- Billable meter reading results should be available at least for the specified dates.
- If the meter reading results are correct, then an internal error may have occurred. In this case, contact SAP.
