Billing document &1 is not invoiced -> adjustment reversal not possible

Diagnosis
Billing document is currently not invoiced. An adjustment reversal is not appropriate in this case because it is used for reversing a billing document in from a billing perspective without resetting the billing line items that have been posted in invoicing.
