Diagnosis

In the case of devices/registers that are relevant to billing at the time of move-in for the contract, a corresponding move-in meter reading result must always be entered.

If the move-in meter reading result has already been entered, check the completeness. This means, billing only includes meter reading results that are released and active.

System Response

Processing is terminated and error issued.

Procedure

Enter the missing meter reading result; you can do this by postprocessing the move-in document.

If the meter reading result exists, check that it is correct and has been released.
