Diagnosis
The meter reading results are incorrect for the following devices/registers.
One of the following options applies to the specified devices or registers:
- Meter reading results are missing for the specified scheduled meter reading date, and are necessary to determine the end of the billing period.
- Existing meter reading results are incorrect (not released, for example).
