Installation is billed using schema . This schema contains operand in step . An access control that requires a key date for month-based billing is allocated to this operand. This key date must be specified in the meter reading unit of the installation, but it is not.
System Response
The installation cannot be billed.

Enter a key date in the meter reading unit.
