Diagnosis

The register device number (equipment number ) register number is relevant to billing on . However, no rate type has been specified.

You should take note of the fact that register relationships mean that counters are required in certain billing instances, although the indicator Register not relevant for billing has been set. A rate type must be maintained in this case.

For example: a rate type must be maintained if a counter is a secondary counter to a primary counter. Only in this way can the deducted consumption be determined. The secondary counter is not billed.
