Diagnosis
A meter cannot be its own secondary meter.
For example:
- Meter Z1 is the primary meter for meter Z2
- Meter Z2 is the primary meter for meter Z3
- Meter Z3 is the primary meter for meter Z1
These serial switching relationships are inconsistent for meter Z1. For primary meter device register with the logical register number , this type of inconsistency exists on .
System Response
The installation for the cited meter cannot be billed.
Procedure
Correct the register relationship.
