Diagnosis
You have set the indicator N (Execute schema step for backbilling only) in schema step . However, the 'execute backbilling' indicator was not set. Therefore, step is never executed in billing. The schema is inconsistent and cannot be saved.
&SYSTEM REPONSE&
Procedure
- Delete the indicator N or
- allocate the schema step to a backbilling group via an 'execute backbilling' indicator.
