Diagnosis
For the specified calorific value district and calorific value procedure there is no billing calorific value whose date is equal to or earlier than the specified date.
System Response
A billing calorific value with an earlier date usually serves as a replacement value. A cancellation occurs since these also do not exist.
Procedure
If necessary, maintain billing calorific values using Transaction EA70/EA71.
