At least one of the following entries are incorrect for device/register with logical number from installation :
- You must specify a price class if you set the Pay rental price indicator.
- You must specify a rate type if you set the Pay rental price indicator.
The installation structure is therefore inconsistent.
System Response
Installation cannot be billed.
Procedure
Correct the installation structure.
