In installation &1, there is a register without a rate type

Diagnosis

The register in installation was installed on with device number and register number . The rate type has not been maintained for this register.

However, the register is relevant to billing due to its register category and to the fact that the register not relevant to billing field was not selected.

Billing therefore requires a rate type for this register.

System Response

Meter reading order creation or billing of installation is canceled. However, the meter reading order must be created at the device level for certain meter reading reasons although the rate type is missing. This is because the registers must be read.

Procedure

• If you want to bill the register, enter the rate type in the installation structure.
• If you do not want to bill the register, set the Register not relevant to billing indicator in the installation structure.
