Inconsistency: Field from contract is blank. It has been determined in part 1 of module ISU_BILLING_PREPARE_UPDATE that field is not filled. was not filled with either module ISU_DB_EVER_SINGLE in ISU_BEGIN_OF_BILLING_PERIOD or with structure reader in ISU_INSTALLATION_STUC_ANALYZE in form INSTALL_STRUC_READ.
