The to-date may only be modified in a way that the values do not change until the date . This date can be:

  • End of the last billing period:

    Maintenance of operand values is permitted in the current billing period only.

  • End of the last backbilling period:

    Maintenance of operand values is permitted in the current backbilling period only.
