Special proc. "no temperature" only necessary for thermal gas billing 00

Diagnosis
For any thermal gas billing that is not "00", no temperature is taken into account when the volume correction factor is determined.
It is therefore only necessary to suppress calculation of the temperature component again if thermal gas billing = 00.

Procedure
Either change thermal gas billing to "00" or do not set the no temperature indicator.
