Ch.of dep. &2: Depreciation area &1 has incorrect posting control

Diagnosis
Depreciation area is defined as an area purely for revaluation, that is, without original acquisition and production costs.
This area also has to post asset values in realtime, in order for the system to correctly determine gain or loss at asset retirement while including possible revaluation.
