Diagnosis

Depreciation area has an incorrect posting control. Posting control '1', 'post assets in General Ledger realtime,' is limited to the depreciation area for balance sheet values (master area) and/or depreciation areas for investment support on the liabilites side.

Area does not fall into either of these categories.
